Since it’s inception, Custom Telecom's mission has been to become a single source telecommunications provider for todays businesses. We presently service the New Jersey, New York Metropolitan areas and Eastern Pennsylvania with telephone, voice mail, and computer systems. In addition, we evaluate and make recommendations in the areas of high-speed data transmission, long distance, toll calling and line consolidation.
Custom Telecom has many affiliations in the telecommunications industry; we can recommend the company or service that best suits our clients needs. Our menu of products include Comdial and Avaya for telephone and voice mail systems, Valcom and Bogen for paging systems, Tapit software for Call Accounting, as well as Trisys Insight software for computer monitoring software.
We also offer the very popular On Hold Custom Messaging feature, while your customers are on hold they can listen to important information about your company and it’s services and/or products.
The focus of our systems is the advanced microprocessor, which has revolutionized information processing in the fields of telecommunications and data processing. We are experts in the design and implementation of microprocessor based solutions. As required, integrated installation of telephone and computer systems allows our company to utilize a consolidated wiring approach. The result is a single source for all low voltage wiring.
